【家庭向け太陽電池事業】
新日本石油（5001）は三洋電機（6764）との提携拡大により、家庭向け太陽電池販売事業に参入する。シャープ（6753）が大和ハウス工業（1925）と大日本印刷（7912）との業務提携で太陽電池を利用した住宅用蓄電池の共同開発に乗り出すなど、家庭向け太陽電池の市場が拡大見込み。
【人材派遣業好調】
人材派遣のフジスタッフホールディングス（2147）の08年3月期連結経常利益は33億円予想だが、続く09年3月期連結も同40億円、前年比＋21％となる見込み。同業のグッドウィル・グループ（4723）が事業停止命令を受け、需要の取り込みが図られる見通し。業界トップは非上場のスタッフサービス・ホールディングス、2位はテンプスタッフ（2476）、3位パソナグループ（2168）、4位以下ではピープルスタッフ（2324）やフジスタッフホールディングス、デジタルスケープ（2430）などがある。
【拡大するリチウムイオン部材】
リチウムイオン電池市場は携帯機器から自動車向けなど用途拡大で今後も市場拡大が見込まれるが、旭化成（3407）は同電池の中核部品で5割のシェアを持つセパレータ生産の新工場を建設へ。セパレータの関連銘柄では、東洋紡（3101）、帝人（3401）、ニッポン高度紙工業（3891）、住友化学（4005）、ＭＯＲＥＳＣＯ（5018）など。
【ブルーレイ・ディスク市場拡大へ】
三菱ケミカルホールディングス（4188）の子会社三菱化学メディアは、ブルーレイ・ディスク（BD）の量産規模を拡大させる。東芝のHD－DVD撤退でブルーレイ市場の急速な拡大見通しが背景にある。BDは現行ディスクと構造が違うため新たな製造装置が必要となるため、専用のディスク射出成型機の需要が増加しよう。関連銘柄は、日本製鋼所（5631）、東洋機械金属（6210）、日精樹脂工業（6293）、住友重機械工業（6302）、ファナック （6954）などが挙げられる。
